Microsoft Lumia 535 released in India, will also be available in the UK

Not long after announcing the Lumia 535 as its very first own-branded Windows Phone handset, Microsoft this week started selling the device (more exactly, its dual SIM variant) in India. As far as we know, this is the first market where the 535 becomes available.
If you’re in India, you can order a dual SIM Lumia 535 from Microsoft via the source link below. The smartphone costs $149 (9,199 INR), and for now it’s available in four color versions: black, white, green and orange.
Succeeding the Nokia Lumia 530, the Microsoft Lumia 535 runs Windows Phone 8.1, thus offering stuff like Microsoft Office, Cortana, OneNote, Skype, and 15 GB of free OneDrive storage space. Technical specs include a 5-inch display with 540 x 960 pixels, 5 MP cameras (both on the back, and at the front), quad-core 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 200 processor, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of expandable internal memory, and a 1905 mAh battery.
While it’s targeted mainly at emerging markets, the Lumia 535 will also be released in the UK. Microsoft UK’s website lists the handset as “coming soon”, but doesn’t say how much it’s going to cost there.

Microsoft Lumia 535 officially announced, will be launched this month at an affordable price

NEW MICROSOFT LUMIA 535 :-

Microsoft just announced its very first own-branded Lumia smartphone (and the first to drop the Nokia brand): the Lumia 535 - which we’ve seen a few times just days ago. Running Windows Phone 8.1 with the latest Lumia Denim update, the Lumia 535 will be available in single-SIM and dual-SIM variants starting later this month.
The new Lumia is here to bring "free integrated Microsoft experiences" to customers who can’t afford expensive smartphones. As previously reported, the 535 doesn’t offer high-end specs, but it’s certainly a step up from the slightly older Lumia 530.
Powered by a quad-core 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 200 processor, the Lumia 535 features a 5-inch IPS display with 540 x 960 pixels, HSDPA, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of expandable internal memory, and a 1905 mAh battery. On the back, the Lumia 535 has a 5 MP camera with LED flash, while its front-facing shooter is the same 5 MP one that we can find on the selfie-centric Lumia 730 / 735. The new handset weighs 146 grams, and measures 140.2 x 72.4 x 8.8 mm (thus being almost as thin as the 8.5 mm Lumia 830, which is the thinnest Lumia ever). Microsoft Office, Skype, OneNote, Cortana (where available), and 15 GB of OneDrive storage space are all part of the package.
The Microsoft Lumia 535 has no less than six color versions: white, black, cyan, bright orange, bright green, and dark grey. What about the price? Well, the Lumia 535 will be sold for an estimated retail price of €110 before taxes and subsidies. China, Hong Kong and Bangladesh will be the first countries to get the handset, with other (unspecified) markets to follow.
Check out the Lumia 535 below (photos and video), and let us know if this is the Microsoft smartphone that you’ve been expecting.
